What does it cover?
Exciting news! Numerous products on our platform qualify for product protection offered by Extend. Extend plans go beyond the manufacturer's warranty, safeguarding your product against defects and breakdowns resulting from normal wear and tear or product flaws. However, it's important to note that this plan does not cover accidental damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents.
When does the coverage begin?
Extend coverage initiates immediately after the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty and lasts for the duration of the purchased years. For instance, if you opt for a 3-year extended protection plan and the manufacturer's warranty spans 1 year, your product is covered for a total of 4 years (1 year of manufacturer warranty plus an additional 3 years of protection).
How do I initiate a claim?
The Extend team is always available to assist and address any queries. Since Extend operates independently of SikhestPerformance, you should contact Extend directly through their online portal at https://customers.extend.com/claims or by phone at 916-398-1221.
If my claim is approved, how will it be compensated?
Upon approval by Extend, you will receive a SikhestPerformance gift card equivalent to the original purchase price of the item. This gift card can be used on shop.SikhestPerformance.com to acquire a replacement part. Please note that the original purchase price may differ from the current price.
How can I check if a part is eligible for an Extend protection plan?
Visit shop.SikhestPerformance.com and navigate to the product page and details. All eligible parts will provide information on available Extend protection plans.
Can I purchase an Extend protection plan for an already bought item?
Certainly! Just email us with your original sale information and the part number(s) for the eligible protection plan. However, the Extend protection plan must be purchased before the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty.
Can I cancel my Extend protection plan?
Yes, you can. If you decide to discontinue the Extend protection plan, you can cancel within the original manufacturer's warranty period for a full refund. Plans can also be canceled after initiation, but the refund amount will be pro-rated. To cancel, please call 916-398-1221.
Can I transfer the Extend warranty to a new buyer?
Absolutely! If you've sold your item and it's still covered under the Extend Product Protection Plan, you can transfer the protection to the new buyer. Contact: kandola.lovedeep@gmail.com, and Extend will guide you through the necessary steps to transfer ownership of the contract.
